Kozi Homes is a family owned and operated company.  Brothers, Joe and Stan Kozimor, are Farmington natives and are proudly helping Farmington grow.  Over the past two decades they have helped families both local and relocating build or remodel homes tailored to the individual.   Combining quality craftsmanship with eco-friendly standards, Kozi Homes is committed to building homes that are both beautiful and energy-efficient.
